For what it's worth, I fly SLC to LAS pretty regularly and have had more trouble in LAS than anywhere else. I got stuck at the airport for 8 hours once because the TA booked me (and my bag) on my original flight and then told me what gate to go to in order to get on the standby list. Of course once I got to the gate the GAs wouldn't allow me to fly earlier because my bag was checked on my original, later flight.

I have a few other incidents of note but I ended up calling to complain and email a complaint through Delta's webpage after that one. I received an apology and a free pass to the Sky Club but I've still had a few issues since then.
