That is a shame about your stays. I found all of the team really helpful. Example. After I wrote the post for my second stay yesterday I got round to checking my mail. I had filled in the online survey while I was away for my initial stay and had mentioned the state of the empty but filthy fridge. I arrived home to a letter from the management of the hotel apologising for this and assuring me action would be taken to make sure it didn't happen again.
