What is it that you want? If you just want to let off steam, you've already done that here. If you can think of something tangible that you want given to you, or to occur, as a result of this, then write a brief letter on letterhead describing the incident, and ask for it. If you can't, do nothing. There is no point in complaining without proposing a remedy.
