I did a MR from PIT-SEA on Thursday and when I got to SEA, decided to take an earlier flight back since they said it was going to be tough to get the upgrade (even though I was Plat on a K fare, must have had a lot of paid stuff!). They switched me to a flight leaving 8 hours earlier, which made it work out well so that I could see my family earlier.
Anyway, I get an e-mail last night apologizing for the oversold situation on my SEA-JFK flight (that I switched to an earlier one) and asking me how I was treated. Then, today, I get another e-mail apologizing for the long delay of my JFK-PIT (the last leg of the original flight) and asking for my response to their survey. I must say, I was happy I did not take those flights, but why am I getting the survey when I never flew it, let alone checked in for it?
Also, is there anyway I can tell how late that flight Friday was (just to rejoice in the road not taken!

)
Thanks!
