Has anyone phoned AF italy to find out if/when they intend to reply to the emails ?
It would be good if one of our Italian friends could phone them early next week to find out their plans and then post their response on here.
I guess 'them' in this case is the Italian Flying Blue Service Centre. The KLM Flying Blue contacts page gives this phone number:

Perhaps those that phoned 'them' earlier can confirm (or otherwise) that this is the correct contact and number?
