It's obvious to most that the launch of the new website left something to be desired, and it's clear we're experiencing problems. Our IT team is working hard to sort out all the technical issues and bugs and we hope the load times and session time-outs will improve once the servers and traffic patterns have stabilized.

We're happy to see some very constructive criticism and feedback here and we will make a point of highlighting some of your concerns to the appropriate department. Meanwhile, when you find information that is unclear or missing, broken links or non-functioning parts, please report them to [email protected] so that we can correct the errors.

Voyager and other parts of SAA will have new and improved content coming in phase two which is expected by the beginning of next year.

That said, we hope you will find the new site both visually appealing and easier to work with. It will take some time to break old habits and “re-learn” where to go and how to find things, but given a chance, we're certain you will find the new site a big improvement on what we relied on in the past.
