Honestly I very seldom take less than 15 minutes from check-in to lounge on transborder flights.
AC check in cant be that bad? Do you have Nexus and priority screening?

So you must be doing something wrong? T1 is a great efficient airport. Are you complaining about AC service or the airport? Two very different things.

I very seldom fly AC however other than the check-in wait for luggage....... its fast! I assume your flights home are baggage delays?

Dubai i was in its OLD airport and it was HORRIFIC! I will assume the new one is better. PS I like HKG and I love BKK only if i check in Business/First with TG.
Yes, I actually do travel quite a bit as an AC SE and a newly minted NH Platinum and I wasn't just comparing to SIN but also AMS and MUC!

I don't care if T1 is 3 or 10 airports in "one", as far as I'm concerned T1 is extremely deficient in terms of signage and pax facilities. Then there is the lingering human workforce who apparently get paid to just hang out and pretty much shoot the s**t.

I can't remember the last time I had to wait less than 45 minutes after my AC flight touch down for my bag to get to the carousal. YYZ is consistently the slowest airport for me in terms of baggage delivery.

I've once managed to clock myself at SIN from the gate at touchdown to the cab in just under 15 minutes, including immigration AND baggage pick up! I dare you to do the same in YYZ. Even with nexus, there is no way you will have your bags delivered in that short of a time.

And then there is a the "moving walkway" which I really don't even need to get started on as I know most of us are quite familiar with.
