i think papayam was comparing to Changi airport.... have to say YYZ T1 is a good airport in terms of efficiency but lacks shopping and passenger experience facilities and gives a cold 'feeling'..... Dubai on the other hand looks more like Eaton Center than an airport....but thats another extreme.....
