Why dont you try SPG for your "free breakfast" on weekends. They are standarized. Lets see...some Sheratons have a lounge, some dont. Some Westins have a lounge, some dont. Some Sheratons give free bfast if they dont have a lounge, some dont. Some Westins give free bfast if they dont have a lounge, some dont.

I think out of all of the chains MR is the most consistent overall. M-F at full service hotels (NOT resrts), you get free bfast. Now if you go to Hyatt, it is much more consistent for bfast...everyday at full service hotels and resorts, you get free bfast. But many many many more Marriotts have lounges for evening offerings.

Perfect, no. Closest to perfect out of all major chains. YES.
