So, we are 100% sure of the following:

(1) Gold or higher Medallions will be on the upgrade list when they use "Pay with Miles" and they're spot on the list is the same as if they are flying on an "Award Ticket" (using miles).

(2) NO ONE is able to earn "regular Delta SkyMiles" or "MQMs" when they use "Pay with Miles"

Is that completely true?
