That was a nice touch by AA. The last time I was in BF on AA, my entertainment center didn't work, so I declined their Bose headphones. Upon descending, I was asked 4 times to give the headphones back, and 4 times I told them, since my screen didn't work, I didn't take the headphones. When asked for the 5th time, I was finally fed up with the implications I was a crook, so I told her to go count her %$% *&& inventory and if she bothered me again, we are going to have a big % **&% %*$ problem, is that pretty much * &*%$$$* clear??? She did apologize on the way out, which embarasses me for getting nasty. It was a reward ticket, so I didn't mind, but if I had paid for that ticket, I would have contacted AA.
