No, but obviously their meeting isn't going to get cancelled; their client isn't going to call in sick etc. It's unlikely that their schedule will need changing (unless something serious comes up and their leave gets cancelled.) Business trips are much more liable to changes than leisure travellers. I'm obviously not saying that these flights shouldn't be oversold, just pointing out that your average leisure traveller is more likely to turn up than the business traveller.
