I'm only EBS but wanted to share my thoughts anyway.

Never waited for more than 30 minutes.
Today (Saturday) realized that they had taken double points from my account when I booked a Eurobonus trip. E-mailed them and 8 minutes later I received a reply and the missing points back on my account! 8 minutes on a Saturday, well done!
