According to a PM I have just had. A fellow crew member and his partner were guested into the CCR by 3 people traveling in F, one with status, two without... So maybe you will be able to do it. Worth a try!

From what I do know about lounge access on rebate travel, the lounge agent needs to enter a specific code when scanning the boarding pass. Some may not know this and would have to contact the CSDM or something... May have no problems at all, but just for info.
