To be fair with AF Italia, they must have received hundreds, possibly thousands, of "applications". It will take them time to analyze each of them, then they will send a request to FB that will need time to be processed. I was not expecting any status change before several weeks. A simple acknowledgement of email receipt from the marketing dept would have been nice, but would have meant nothing.
