I think its a case of something wrong going into the brochure and MTA now being subject to a liability.
The MTA seems to have erased the portion in the brochure that says that a local M15 will accept transfers from those taking the M15 SBS. But they can't eras the brochures. So is the MTA going to act as if this transfer doesn't exist by erasing it from the website? They can't erase it from the brochure.
