Drastic turn of events now.

This morning having spoke with the front house manager I believe, the general manager as well. We have been upgraded to a suite :-::-:, this has now surpassed our expectations of the original room booked. My hats off to the hotel staff and management, we have been dealing with several of them this morning and they have been absolutely wonderful to deal with. We now look forward to enjoying our vacation experience at the Westin Moana Surfrider. I then look forward to updating the experience to everyone out there. ^^

I have to say this is a great experience and really looking forward to submerging ourselves into the Hawaiian and Oahu experience.
