I've never stayed at this hotel, but I'm looking into my first trip ever to Hawaii in the near future and, after reading all this, I can confidently state that I will not be staying at the Moana.

What mystifies me is how this place continues to be sold out after all the bad reviews, by SPG Plats none-the-less.
