....too tired to argue (its near a 10 hr. flight).
After a sh!tty nites sleep due to traffic noise, I make my way to the front desk only to find out they are sold out again for the second night, so I ask what they prefer me leaving the hotel or finding me a better room. Well check back Mr. Plat we will see what we can do. 2 check backs later and the found us a POV room, but right on a roofline so no balcony whatsoever.
This hotel will never recieve a single dime from me again.
Now compare that to the Royal Hawaian just up the street.....apples to oranges.
Excellent c/s, excellent room, nice perks and u/g.
My suggestion is check out and move down the road.
