my suite success rate at spg properties in asia is close to 95%....i've had over 30 stays in asia this year & did not get a suite twice....
i've stayed at the sheraton society hill philadelphia a bunch of times....never got any type of an upgrade there....
i never get upset if i don't get a suite upgrade....in fact i've refused suite upgrades at many properties in india a bunch of times....
Did you like the Sheraton Society Hill? I thought it smelled a little funky in the hallway.
