You may refer to couple of threads on this forum, but generally the answer is NO.
If you fly in C, you will be able to use Business Lounge and IMHO these newly refurbished B lounges (non-Schengen) are nicer than this neglected SEN Lounge (in B-concourse).
My recent experiences are that they don't scan for the card at the B non-Schengen lounges and that they are nicely refurbished.
The A26 business slum has a full quota of gate wardens with card scanners.
