Although you seem to be referring to the USA Centurion card, I think this certainly goes on with the UK card too.
I forgot to mention in my initial post that the guy I spoke to at Centurion also said that they do take into consideration what you are spending your money on, particularly when it comes to travel, accommodation, dining etc.......they certainly seem to be looking for a certain TYPE of person to be carrying the card, and not simply high rollers.
