There are no "meal orders" you have a phone at your personal cabin with a "room service" button on it. You pick it up and order from a multi-page menu, whenever you want during the flight. If you're super hungry, there are always little snacks and sandwiches and champagne in the first class forward bar, plus your goody basket of candy and pringles at your personal cabin.

As for the showers, before the plane takes off, the flight attendants come through the cabin with the schedule and ask if and when you want to schedule your shower time. You get 30 minutes in the shower/bathroom with varying times for water usage. On my flight, I was given 7 minutes of water which lasts while if you're turning it on and off.
