Hey RMC1! There are six in my group flying SJC-LHR for 12Dec03 (leaving on the 2:05 flight x Ord). Four of us put in for mileage upgrade and noted that the intinerary went away. What's funny is that, when I called the Platinum desk, they couldn't tell me if I could get it back and viewable. They referred me to on-line tech support, and that person couldn't figure out why it was gone either!!

I assumed that it was only because of the upgrade request, but it's funny that none of the AA folks seemed to know that!

My concern, of course, is that they will change planes (as usual) before the flight and our existing seats will get wiped out. When I called, they had indeed changed the last flight on our return and we had received no notification yet.

The answer they gave to this problem? Just call every once and a while to check! Yikes!

Hope all our upgrades (yours included rmc1) come through!!
