LH lounges are very difficult to get into without your actual gold card.
See if you can print a temporary one online..some airlines like CO allow this. I dont know about TG.

Best way is to get a lounge invite while checking-in. Boarding passes with Star Gold, etc. are not very useful in FRA without the Star Gold card, in my experience.
