My Hertz experience at OGG was great. The pickup shuttles run one after another, no waiting. I paid for a standard SUV, but had (an upgraded) 7 passenger Chevy Traverse waiting for me (barely 4k miles on it).

Car seat was in the car as requested, and we were out of there in no time. Return was fast as well. Literaly one minute. I actually felt rushed to get my bags out and onto the bus!

I would note that I was glad I was #1 gold (and had my name on the board and car waiting for me); as the rental office was jam packed (out the door), and looked like a zoo...

Will definately rent from Hertz in OGG again. Thanks for everyone's help/advice.
