Just noticed that my inbound and outbound flights (e.g. IAD-XXX-IAD) at the turnaround point of my same-day segment run next week have the same flight number. Will this post as two segments? It's obviously not a through flight, but I'm not sure how UA's IT system will deal with 2 segments with the same flight number on the same day.

I need to capture every last one to retain 1K!
