The only off the mark opinions I can recall were represented by one fellow who thought the solution to AA's problems was to purchase new planes and another fellow whose on-board dining preference consisted of a boiled chicken breast and rice. All in all I would say the group consisted of a good cross section of AA's elites. None seemed terribly unreasonable or uninformed.
Still, particularly for the road warrior, of all of their concerns how the food is served certainly can't be one of major interest. Come on, most FFs want on to get there and back on time in relative comfort. Go out to LGA on a Friday night with major weather/ATC delays and see how many FFs give a damn on whether the FAs are going to use the carts when serving dinner on the ORD, MIA, or DFW runs.
