Yes... the only R tickets I have ever used.
Mind you, a friend did discover a difference when he missed an SAS flight from one of their hubs and they rerouted him through London to arrive in JFK slightly later than he would have done on the direct flight. SAS used R as an economy fare bucket and just rebooked him onto a BA flight with the same fare bucket letter....
