Just came back from a two night stay.
This is probably one of the worst PH I've experienced (have been to Vendome, Milan, Saigon, Tokyo, Shanghai, Beijing, and Chicago).
I got a good rate ($184), but if I pay the regular rate of ~$300 I would expect quite a bit more.
Room (C+):
Got a Park Suite on the north tower using my diamond voucher.
The room was quite disappointing. Dark, tired, and small.
Sheets feel rough for a hotel of this calibre (pillows were nice, however).
Lack of plugs by the bed is annoying.
Bathroom is alright but like the room, feels old and is in need of a refurbishment.
Service (D overall, B+ if excluding the porter):
The worst part had to be the porter in the morning.
He neither smiled nor talked to us when we approached him and seemed annoyed by our presence.
He kept chatting with the front desk staff and ignored our presence.
Did not respond or even look at us when we said thank you

Thought he was just having a bad day, but he acted the same way the next day.
Placing someone unpleasant like him in the lobby in the morning just ruins my day.
Rest of the staff were pretty good.
Front desk staff were ok most of the time save for the agent who checked us in (too casual, comes across as a bit rude).
Concierge & Annona staff very friendly and hospitable.
F&B (B):
Annona - as mentioned, very friendly service. Breakfast was nothing exceptional but quite good & generous in portion.
Rooftop lounge - nice view, bland drinks, average service. Come for the view...
Location (A-):
In Yorkville, directly across from the Royal Ontario Museum & U Toronto.
Wholefoods down the block.
Easy access to the subway station.
<$15 cab ride to most Toronto attractions.
