I just found and purchased a I fare from JFK to LHR for the 1st week of January for
$2135. I also got an I fare from LAX to MAD via LHR for April-May for $2322.
THey are hard to find and you almost have to grab then as soon as you see them! But they do qualify for full miles. And you're right they don't upgrade or refund. and the change fee is $250
