Great point - that's very, very TRUE. I always test & try out these before I leave for an important trip, and will usually throw at least one important OEM charger into the checked luggage for backup purposes. However, the rest of the "gizmo" go into the compartment of one of my backpack (depending on which one I take along - sometimes taking a 2nd. one for the laptop to "comply" with 7 kg/10 kg cabin luggage rules that exempt the laptop w. accessories) to save weight, in the unlikely event of a missed connection or major flight delay at an airport away from home.
