Fair enough. Cabin sold out or overbooked, all the seats have been assigned, nobody is moving anywhere. Makes sense.

Now that thought did occur to me at an optimistic moment but I daresay that would have been accompanied - if it were confirmed - by a sudden burst of additional inventory.
