Sorry but I have no problem with whatever luggage CC have to have to do their job.

What gets my goat is the way PAX are allowed to bring on board "Hand luggage" - usually bulging rucksacks that could not possiblt fit the guage.

I realise that with OLCI the first time a BA staff member sees the oversize PAX luggage is at the gate and with the usual ravening hordes trying to borad that is not a good time to apply a conformance check but it should be done IMHO.
