Perhaps someone could tell us where this occurred? Frankly I travel as light as I can but when you need clothes - and the manuals and the paperwork as well as a trip - and a delay's worth of fresh bras and knickers (Sorry the day that I board a flight in yesterday's knickers will be the day I pack this whole thing in) tights spare shoes. We have to carry spares of all sorts of stuff - we change climates. Then there is my hairbrush.

When I travel as Pucci Galore married to Gold Card holder (who will be Eurocheat to remain that way but I don't make the stupid rules) I have one roll-on max size and a personal item and I can do that as I use laundretttes in hotels. I really do not feel so inclined on layovers.

What is really fun is when they loose our luggage - and it happens trust me. That can prove a challenge for the next day!
