It appears that at times the e-mail are sent and sometime not. So far I am 2 for 12 upgrade notice's and have been upgraded on all 12 flights. Currently I'm Gold, and will make PLT next week, I'm not holding my breath for it to get better,

When I spoke with CS, she said she had heard this from some other travelers. Is anyone else experiencing this? Could it be that declining the first leg caused this?
