Choice Benefits Question - Going from PM to DM
If I am currently a PM through 02/11 (made PM last year and haven't reached the threshhold this year), how will Choice Benefits work as I requalify for PM and DM?
Will I:
1. Get to select a PM Choice Benefit immediately after I requalify, and then 2 more once I reach DM?
2. Not get to select a PM Choice Benefit immediately (i.e. I would have to wait until next year if I was requalifying as PM) but would get to select 2 DM Choice Benefits immediately if I moved up a status level?
3. Not get to select Choice Benefits until next year in either case, meaning if I made it to DM I would only get to choose the 2 DM benefits and not the PM benefit?
