Variable Room Rates at W Washington DC
I have noticed that the room rates at the W can change to a lower rate as the travel dates come closer. As fomer Hilton Diamond, the rates usually got higher in DC (or stayed high) as the travel dates approached -- they never got lower.

Has anyone else seen this, and is there a rule of thumb I should be using so i can book a stay there? It is my favorite DC hotel.
