I emailed on Sept 10th. I received a reply on Sept 17th saying,
"Please be advised that we are experiencing delays in providing this information due to the number of requests and the complexity of the data involved. We expect to have additional information available for you within the next 3 weeks.
The three weeks are up as of today. I am still waiting patiently.

I received an email in late August saying I should have an answer in a week.
I emailed again in early Sep and received the same canned response as you.
I also had a voicemail in August telling me I'd have an answer "shortly". I know I have flown ove a million miles since 2004, most of it on AC and I have been top or near top tier since 1993, so I must be close if I'm not there!
