Not sure how many have noticed this but the new intro video on the LiveTV planes is way too loud. I thought it was controlled by the FAs but on a DCA-IAH flight they informed me that they have no control over it's volume. One FA went as far as to put in earplugs (yes, really).

I know they want everyone to have the safety information but I didn't know that came with a side of tinnitus.
