Sure, I really know in the inner recesses of my alleged mind that the entree was cooked 6 hours ago, and it has been sitting in a warming cart with the dish covered by foil for the interim, but having the foil removed in the galley means I am not reminded of that fact at the time, and that is somewhat more pleasant.
I guess that's the advantage I have in being simple-minded and not having all those inner recesses. I know it was in foil whether I see it or not
And I just want to get it faster and be done with it so I can get onto other things.
