You never mentioned who is offering these cheap fares (only that they are being offered on Kayak).

I am still surprised that ANYONE is offering cheap one-way fares across the Atlantic because that's not the norm.
Oh, apologies. The sub-$400 ones are on "undisclosed airline" on Airfare.com. Other cheap options are U.S. Air and Air Lingus.
