"FT elite...advantage"

I just meant that only the hardcore FT members can probably keep up with these tactics. What % of the flying population would possibly have any idea that if they book a BF reward online and a segment has no F/BF then they should call in and ask to be "waitlisted". If someone else was in the same position as me and they didn't call in it it seems unfair to me that they would be at a disadvantage because they didn't know they should have called in.
