My personal feelings so far are

1) too long (more than a week)
2) not professional enough, they need to improve here in regards to what questions they ask from us ie. ask for information they should have access to in SAS systems/SAS staff.
3) :-::-: (so far, lets hope it improves)

1) I would say that the most I've waited is 24h
2) They always have been able to answer the questions/issues I've had and I'm not sure what your complaints are? In what aspect are they not professional enough?
3) :-::-::-::-::-: as they always have managed to give me a answer, maybe not all the time the answer I wished for, but sure enough they have given me an answer and that is enough for me.
