In a renovated room at the Westin Bonaventure as we speak. Room isn't terrible, just oddly designed. Bed is great.

No amenity offered at check-in (I would have opted for the points which I'll just call post-stay and get posted - cause they never post anyway). No upgrade (hotel is full).

My big issue is the internet in the rooms. Ethernet cable doesn't work and wi-fi is slooooooooooooooooow. Absolutely unacceptable for a business hotel.
