SAS Customer Relations for EBG/EBP
Hi all fellow Eurobonus readers.
I am wondering what your fellings are in regards to
1) Response time
2) Handling of issues
3) Overall impression :-: to :-::-::-::-::-: rating
My personal feelings so far are
1) too long (more than a week)
2) not professional enough, they need to improve here in regards to what questions they ask from us ie. ask for information they should have access to in SAS systems/SAS staff.
3) :-::-: (so far, lets hope it improves)
