Sorry for starting an extremely trivial thread - but wanted to share what just had me chuckling.

In my endless pursuit of researching Rome hotels I was curious about the currently 2nd ranked property on TripAdvisor: The Spalletti Trivelli.

I saw that it had 43 "Excellent" reviews, 1 "Very Good" review and 1 "Poor" review - so of course I read the poor review first, and noted the proprietor's reply (and pictured an Italian Basil Fawlty). Had to share....
