I spend more time with them due to the AA relationship than the DL relationship; I hope an airside transfer remains possible between T4 and T6.
Correct, AS will not move over to T6 until the renovation project is complete. According to the LAX station manager during the LAX MVPG lunch, they are going to "GUT" T6... My understanding is that AS will take the roundta area, where UA currently operates out of and the south side of T6 [DL and F9/FL/B6 gates].

Will install skylights, revamp the gate area, revamp the baggage claim, remodel the AS check-in counters [the ones on the right end of the check-in area] to reflect "airport of the future" similar to the AS area in SEA.

AS will build a new BoardRoom there too... The new BoardRoom will have the floor to ceiling windows just like the current one over at T3.

They are still going to provide airside shuttle services to T4 and Eagle's Nest..
