We circled EWR for a bit before coming in on the crosswind runway. The northern parts of 22R/22L were drenched but when we taxied to A, the southern part of the airport was bone-dry. As soon as I got my gate check, the skies opened up and they closed the whole ramp. I think if we hadn't landed when we did, I'd be posting from ABE right now.
