The [X] has a completely different meaning in Legend #1 vs. Legend #2 (as can be clearly seen from the above).
Yet, it's the "generic" legend that is shown in the result itself. If they are different types of seats, then use different icons... unless the website you're getting the information from is wrong or incapable of that, you should be able to make it clearer. For example, making the X a \ on "Legend #2" would make things much more obvious and standard, then users like heartybob wouldn't be confused by it.
